Task #1: finish answering questions #1-9 on page 18 of the article about Canadian courage during WWII. Remember to write in complete sentences and use conventions. 

Task #2:  choose one question from page 19 “For Further Thought,” and write a longer answer that is thoughtful, thorough and organized into a paragraph. You should fill the space provided at the minimum. Use a lined sheet of paper if you need more room and staple it to your work.

FRENCH: you get more time to work on your Zine on Monday.

UPCOMING: 

Remembrance Day: Tuesday, November 11th – no school. This is a statutory holiday when we take time to remember those who fought to help end war and the many who lost their lives during these terrible conflicts. Wear your poppy to show remembrance.
