MATHS: Please finish the Unit Review in the textbook, pgs 121/122, #1, 2, 3, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15. Due Friday.  The unit test will be next Tuesday.

     

For the Unit test, you need to know:

• patterns with fractions (certain fractions create decimal patterns)

• decimal patterns, repeating decimals, terminating decimals

• how to convert from fraction to decimal and decimal to fraction

• compare decimals and fractions, order decimals and fractions

• using benchmarks, number lines and equivalent fractions to compare fractions

• know different strategies for comparing fractions and decimals

• add and subtract decimals

• multiply and divide decimals

• order of operations with decimals

• relating fractions, decimals and percent

• solving percent problems (percent of a number)
