ART: We had a wonderful last day of school, creating beautiful designs on our eggs following Ukrainian traditional folk art techniques.  Thank you to Keira and her Mom for teaching us how to create Ukrainian Easter eggs and sharing all their tools and supplies with us! Can’t wait to see what our eggs look like once Kathleen has removed all the wax for us! 

PE: In the afternoon, we played a big game of stones/capture the flag in the beautiful sunshine. It was the East side grade 6 and 7s vs the West side grade 6 and 7s.  Competition was high and a lot of skill and strategy were on display. We are happy to report the East side team won!  Congrats to Mr Mahoney (Div 3) and us!  Yayyy! What a great team!
